One on one and face to face, this time will be spent bringing your ideas into a coherent vision and tying that vision to action item. By the end of this retreat you will have:
A prioritize list of monthly goals.
Regular milestones related to those goals.
Budget projections with a financial plan.
Regular coaching sessions
Monthly or quarterly, you choose what is best for you. These Zoom sessions will include a review of progress on your goals, discussions on new opportunities and challenges, prioritization of upcoming tasks, all designed to provide both support and accountability.

Yes. We will travel regionally, nationally and even internationally to meet the needs of our business clients. Estimated travel costs will be requested in advance. Upon completion of the project, we will provide an itemized list of actual expenses and return any unused funds that were prepaid.
Penner Lake Consulting is owned and operated by Lorri A. Halverson, MBA. She has more than 10 years of experience in financial services. She has directly managed individuals & teams, developed promotional materials, organized events and overseen accreditation and compliance programs and helped develop and maintain programs with strict financial controls. She a voracious connoisseur of economic data and has spent more than a decade teaching courses in business and economics.

Absolutely. The ideal starting point is the Annual Visioning & Planning session. At the end of that one day retreat, you will have what you need to hit the ground running. And, if you want the extra support and accountability, you can always add that on later.

The process will vary slightly depending on the number or people and their positions within the management structure. Coaching Services are available to managers at all levels of your organization.
